Is there a way to load the driveers and printing programs for my canon pro 100 onto my secondary HDD so I can keep it off the primary SSD??

No. Drivers really become part of the OS.

If you are wanting this for space reasons, drivers are tiny.
If you are wanting this in an effort to keep write cycles low on the SSD, do not bother. Seriously.

Applications that come with the device can probably be installed anywhere.
