why cant i see anything on my computer

hi, i built my new gaming computer and when i hooked everything up and turned it the computer on the image would not show up on my tv(monitor) i have know idea what is wrong with it, i hooked everything up. the fans/light works.

i figured out why it was not showing up. but now i cant get my keyboard and mouse to work. they are only seeming to work in the bios

If they are plugged into usb3 ports (Blue Ports) then it is possible that the drivers are not installed for them and will only work when you install the drivers for usb3. Try plugging them into plain black ports if they are in fact plugged into blue usb3 ports..
