Monitor stuck/dead pixels

My monitor has been like this since a few days. How can i fix these pixels? Are they dead or stuck?

You can try running JScreenFix and see if that helps. If they are truly dead and not just stuck, it may not be able to be fixed. You can also try "very lightly" rubbing around the pixels with a soft cloth wrapped around your finger.

Also try tapping the pixel with a fairly light force with something like the end of a pen cap covered in a soft cloth.
