Is it possible to recover SearchUI.exe? I kind of miss the features I never used ;P

I was trying to find a way to connect to game servers. I play games such as LoL (League of Legends.) and other MMORPG's. Anyways, I was looking on steam forums to try to fix my connection problem, and some person suggested I delete 'SearchUI.exe' in the location 'C:/Windows/SystemApps/Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy' I tried this, and failed the first time because I didn't have ownership of the file. I took owner ship using an application (TakeOwnership.) to do it. I deleted the file, and it still did not work. I still can not connect to any servers, but I can browse the internet just fine. I would really like to fix this because It was useless deleting the file, and I kind of miss the search feature (although I never use it.) Windows 10 provides.
