Weird Boot Issue

Description of Problem

I've recently had a problem when booting my PC in which it'll take ages (1 minute or more sometimes) before showing a screen that displays system specifications and allows me to either:

■"Press F1 to Run SETUP"
■"Press F2 to Continue"

Pressing F2 just continues into a completely normal boot.

System Specification

■CPU: Intel Core i5-4690
■GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280X 3GB TWIN FROZR
■RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
■MOBO: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
■SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
■HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM
■OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sounds like your CMOS battery is dead. Go buy a new coin cell battery (take a photo of the one already in the motherboard) from your local hardware store

Check fast startup in power settings? I think the problem is your BIOS. Update BIOS
