I currently have a holiday special from CyberPowerPc that was sold a couple years ago. I'm looking to upgrade to a high end videocard, and may take suggestions on other upgrades. Any help guys?

Specs:
Motherboard - Z87-G43
Processor - Intel Core i5-4670k @ 3.4GHz
Videocards - NVIDIA GeForce GT 740/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
RAM - 16GB RAM DDR3

The RX 480 would probably be the best card for that price range, however it would be better to wait for a few weeks for the non reference version to come out. The GTX 1060 will also be hitting stores in 1-2 weeks, it should be better than the RX 480 and within your budget.

I believe I have an 800w psu. The thing I'm worried about is finding a videocard that I can still use both of my monitors with. Can you use 2 monitors both on DVI like the Radeon R9 has 2?

I have an XTreme Gear XG-H800 800W Gaming Silent Fan 20+4 pin ATX Power Supply btw

Also worried about the length of the R9.
This is my case size and room with my 2 cards in it (Thermaltake S21 midtower)

That's a very low end unit, you should replace it before getting a graphics card or you could end up destroying your GPU or even your entire system.

This is why you don't want to use cheap PSU's.

I know this is going well above your budget but its worth it to have a high quality PSU.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 390 8GB SOC Video Card ($259.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $334.98

If your monitors do support DisplayPort I would recommend going with the RX 480 with aftermarket cooling (non reference).
