My screen wont display correctly at high resolution

The problem started when I turned on the computer and went to do some other stuff, I came back and it was in sleepmode, when it started again the screen looked all fuzzy, wrong colors and seems like it was jumping, I could barely see what was on the screen.

As I could, I turned down the resolution (1280 x 1024) and it displayed somehow correct, but still when I try to increase the resolution it won't display correctly, again all fuzz and stuff. Even the monitor menu is wrong it only looks fine at 800 x 600.

I have tried updating the drivers but won't work, I'm out of solutions.

-Nvidia GT 630
-Windows 10

what frequency as in 50hz, 59hz, 60hz or what are you using? did you install the monitor driver?

60hz and yes i installed the monitor driver and is updated, it used to work fine until that day
