Need windows 10/8 on my new computer but dont know how

Im getting a new computer and want windows 10 or 8 but dont want to pay a fortune and want to use a flash drive because I dont have a DVD reader on my computer can somone tell me everything I need to do and a link to download either of 10 or 8

windows 10 is only free as an upgrade on a computer running windows 7 or 8 (until july 29th). the best bet is to look around to see what deal you can get on an OEM version of windows 8 or 10.

if you are looking for a free OS then look into the many linux distros availible

If you already have 7/8 installed follow the instructions to upgrade to 10. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

You need to buy a license if you don't have any of those OS.
If your PC doesn't qualify for a free Windows 10 upgrade.
Download ISO file and then create a bootable USB drive.

You will need to purchase a valid OS. Either Win 7/8.1/10.
It will cost somewhere between $90-$110.
