Windows 10 stuck blue screen and spinning wheel. I system restored from a skin pack and got a spinning wheel after restarting.

After system restoring got a screen an spinning wheel tried everything repairing, system restore, refreshing PC says the disk is locked I don't want to reinstall please help.

Update: after an hour and a half it goes to log in screen and i can use my laptop after but when i shutdown and try again the error still occurs and takes 1-2 hours to login in.

Is your PC updating windows? USually that is the isuue. Try removing auto windows update and see if it helps

tried but still no hope im gonna try reinstall only solution thanks though
