How to make 'List' View the Default view for Folders?!?

Trying to organize my Music folder and subfolders. Every time I open a folder, it defaults to a weird view. I am trying to figure out how to make 'List' view the default for my Music folder and ALL of its many subfolders. Is there a way to easily do this for Windows 10 ?

In any folder you can permanently switch all folders from "weird view" to "list view" by clicking on "view" at the top and then clicking on "list." Like I said previously, this will effect many similar folders.
