What is the best gaming monitor under $130?

I found this on Newegg. It comes in 24 inch (23.6 viewable) and a 27 inch model. It uses Freesync. It would depend on what card you have. It's over $130 though.

Do NOT get TN monitors. They suffer from bad viewing angles, backlight bleed, and bad colors.
