Nice gaming keyboard and normal monitor x low quality gaming keyboard and good monitor?

So, I need to make a choice and I need help. Should I get a gaming keyboard (RedDragon Kumara k552) and a normal monitor (LG LED 23´ IPS D-Sub, HDMI,Full HD 23MP55HQ-P) or a very low budget keyboard (Still don't know) and a good gaming monitor (BenQ LED 24´ Full HD 1ms HDMI - RL2455HM). Any advice is appreciated . Thanks

Both those monitors got 4 stars on Newegg, and the BenQ is $180 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824014345, the LG is $280 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824005589, your normal and "good" monitors don't seem to match up with the rating or the prices. The monitor you say is "good" is $100 cheaper which means you can get a good keyboard and that BenQ moitor if you want and will still be cheaper than the LG one.

Sorry, I didn´t mention but i live in Brazil so the LG monitor is way cheaper.
