Unable to reply to messages, access my inbox, and contact support!

I'm unable to reply to posts in threads. They display "Reply to [user]", but it's grayed out like it's disabled, and nothing happens when I click on it.
When I try to access my inbox, a message says "403 - Unauthorized access". So I can't read or write messages.
When I try to send a message to support about this, a message says "Internal error." So I can't contact them for help.

Can someone please help me convey this message to support?
