So my intial problem was that I had old drivers that the manufacturer hadn't updated for Win10 and even though I uninstalled the BT adapter and program, the drivers were hidden somewhere in my PC.

So since it's coming close to the end date of free Win10, I refreshed my PC, moved all my personal files to an external and have finished updating my PC completely.

So now, the updater is saying I'm compatible for Win10. Yaay.

After proceeding with the upgrade process, my PC will restart and will start to copy my files, then move onto installation and drivers and lastly the part where it's suppose to boot up my new OS.

Only, at the very end, Windows decides to revert back to older version at 99% and it's done this twice and I can't find any info online for this.

I'm literally at a loss atm.

Solution
Download the MediaCreation tool from MS. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/
Build your own DVD or USB install.
Upgrade with that, rather than just the online thing. It works much better.

You need to contact the maker of your computer for support (they will tell you what the steps and process is for upgrading to W10, if it is even supported) OR they may refer you to Microsoft. Any number of things including malware hidden on your PC can cause it to revert back not just the one program and driver your mentioning. again though your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) whom made the computer is the go to people for your issue.
