Need help, computer black screens after a power outage?

Hello, I need help!

I was playing a game on my custom build and we had a little power outage, knocked power out for just a second. My computer just went to a black screen, and wouldnt respond, even when i held down the power button. Since I couldnt restart it with the power button, I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Now, the power button works and I can turn it on and off, but when I start the computer, it just shows the motherboard logo and then goes to a black screen, and also isn't responding to anything.

What should I do?

Hi, Try unplugging the power cord and pressing the power button for 30secs or so. Then start the pc and see if still no go. Try also clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
