Hello, I am looking for a GTX 570 or 580. I am on a very tight budget. But I can pay for shipping cost if it's reasonable. It will also be the final piece to my budget build

I have a Hydrocopper 2 580 model for sale which you could replace the cooler possibly, not sure of pcb shape compared to air cooled model. There are plenty of cheap 580's on ebay for under 50 bucks
