What cable for BenQ 2411Z monitor to get 144hz?

Am i right that a DVI-D cable is required for the benQ 2411Z monitor to achieve a 144Hz refresh rate? If so, what kind of DVI-D cable do i need? (I think there are quite a few types, etc. dual link/single link)

It already comes with the dvi cable you need.

The site i ordered from doesnt provide a dvi cable if im not wrong. so hence this question
