best monitor for 1070?

i just got myself a gigabyte 1070... you guys know of a a good 1440p g sync dell monitor?

i was thinking on getting the dell 27 gaming monitor S2716DG...

what do you guys thing?? also should i get a 1440p with gsync? or should i get a 4k monitor without gsync?

See how gtx1070 can barely get current titles to 70fps on a 1440p monitor? I personally feel like buying a 1440p monitor is somewhat in vein UNLESS you intend to upgrade your card every year or every two years. I built my last PC in 2010, and now building a new one, so I think I'll stick to 1080p monitors for a couple more years.. I do not intend to buy a new card every year.

well im fine on playing games even at 40 fps as long i dont get any stutter thats why im getting a gsync.
