Best 1440p monitor under 400?

I am looking for a 1440p monitor under 400 dollars.

I am deciding between these two.

I have a nvidia gpu so Free Sync won't be useful but I really want the 144Hz.

Go with the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236593&cm_re=1440p-_-24-236-593-_-Product for the higher refresh rate and FreeSync support, in case you own an AMD GPU. FreeSync is fantastic.

The Acer HB270HU is really nice and Gsync but still at around $600. However, the same panel on a clone without Gsync is under $400 and has a superior picture to those TN panels- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAB714894154
