Disable Windows 10 phone app on desktop

Somehow Skype has integrated into my Windows 10.

On my desktop (which doesn't have a mic or a webcam), I somehow got a notification of a missed Skype call from my mom from an hour before I even turned on my computer.

How do I disable this phone function?

there is a phone app in win 10 which integrates with skype. you can uninstall the apps if you wish or disable them at start-up.
