Can i copy the USb recovery drive i made to my HDD?

HI guys! Can i copy the USb recovery drive i made on my WIn10 to my HDD? to use it as a recovery disk? in the future

You could copy the files, but you'd lose the ability to boot to it. The purpose of the recovery drive is for use when you CAN'T boot your PC.

is there other any way to make a recovery drive using my extra hard disk ? its connected too on my Pc

Its likely the recovery program is set up to only boot off USB devices or optical drives. I know you can't use a hdd to install win 10 onto another drive as the installer isn't designed for that function, it only looks at removable storage devices.
