PC won't turn off/shut down

Hello everyone,

I the past few days, I'm facing a annoying problem. When I try to turn off my pc, all goes normal, the turn off screen, monitor turns off, all gets quiet, but the pc stays on. Just so, working. But everything else turns off. So I have turn it off manually on the power button. The thing is, as I turn it off with the PowerButton, starting it up is hell, the start up is about 5 timer slower than usual
I'm using Windows 10. Any fixes please?

It may take an eternity, but a proper shutdown is important to getting a fast startup. Please let it shut down on its own. If it doesn't power off within fifteen minutes of the peripherals going into standby, then we'll address a bigger problem.

Thanks, I left it running, and it turned off normally, started normally. Thanks!
