Restoring your previous version of windows

Alright so while upgrading from W7 to W10 I came up an error...
Every time it said that if you restarted it may fix the problem.
So after 2 restarts ,this message popped up : Restoring your previous version of windows...
And basically and now I'm stuck on this message with the loop and nothing is happening for a long time.
I don't have any Windows 7 CD or anything.
Please help!

try downloading the Microsoft Media Creation Tool, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.
when booting from the provided ISO you should be given options to restore/etc or continue with a fresh install.

you may need to contact the system manufacturer for replacement install media if you want to reinstall a fresh version of the original provided OEM Windows 7.
