I cant view my go pro mp4 files

Hi, I'm trying to transfer my video files from the macbook to my pc, however when i plug in my camera to my pc they dont show up.
any suggestions?

I'm a bit confused.
You said you are transfering from the Macbook, but plug in the camera?

Anyway, maybe just get a USB thumb drive, copy from MAC to that, then copy from USB onto your PC.

Hi sorry, because when i plug my go pro into my pc and start up gopro studio it constantly disconnects and doesn't do anything.

So I have put the sd card into my dslr and tried to transfer the files that way onto my computer, however they don't show up in the folder,

Im trying a usb now, and il update if it shows the files

Yeah that has sorted it lol, However i am worried when i wont have my mac to transfer from, the gopro studio is terrible
