Best GPU For Under 200 For My Setup

Hi, So im planning on upgrading my GPU but I'm worried their will be a bottleneck somewhere in my system. So any suggestions and what my best choice of GPU is. Thank you in advance!

Specs:

Intel Q6600 @2.4GHz

Dell Inspiron 530 Mobo

EVGA 400 Watt

4GB DDR2

Corsair 230T

A little CPU bottleneck is nothing to 'worry' about. But the Q6600 should be able to keep up with a GTX 750Ti with no bottleneck. I'd even go with a GTX 950 or R9-370 if this 400W PSU has a 6-pin connector.
