Automatic repair that doesn't work

Hello,
I have a problem.A big one.Last night i installed some updates on windows 10, shut down the pc and next morning this happend when i booted the computer:automatic repair doesn't work and when i select safe boot it goes to the automatic repair it doesn't work.This goes forever.Chkdsked the boot partition and no bad sectors.Any tips?

Hate to tell you this, but it's a critical issue with the Boot Manager. If the repairs couldn't repair the Boot Manager then the only other option would be to either re-image the machine or re-format the machine. Because inevitably this update will come up again, I do recommend you run a backup (either disk imager or a snapshot tool like Rollback Rx) and if it happens again just restore the machine.

What exactly is the problem you've experienced?
On two occasions already, I've lost power, which shut my w10 machine down, and I got a BCD error 14C on startup - boot files missing or corrupted.
The startup repair on my USB failed to repair it both times. Yet, on both occasions, I managed to follow these instructions and repaired it both times.

You need a W10 installation CD or USB.
