Best sub $200 144Hz Monitor for my setup

Looking to get into the 144Hz game and just wanted some other opinions about a monitor around $200. I found this monitor but Im not to sure what else I need to be looking for. Someone said this isn't true 144Hz because it does not have a display port and uses D-link instead.

I use it for mostly gaming and light video editing at 1080.

12GB Corsair Dominator-GT ram
R9 270 2GB (waiting for the GTX 1060)
