Bluetooth isn't showing up in windows 10?

a while ago i got a Bluetooth dongle off of ebay and it has been connected to my PC since then but it has never showed up in windows 10 and i'd really love to use it
is there anyway of fixing that issue?

it didn't come with any driver disks or anything
i just plugged it in and it did it's thing (the loading thing when you plug in something new to the PC)
and i cannot seem to find the right driver :\
