Can I connect a monitor to my APU's display ports AND my GPU's display ports at the same time?

I have an Intel HD Graphics 4600 (GT2) integrated graphics APU acting as my processor right now, and I have an AMD Radeon HD 7700 acting as my graphics card. I want to have three monitors, but my Radeon's display ports only allow two. However, there are unused display ports in my APU. Can I use those display ports?

Look in BIOS for a setting like multiple monitor, or graphics, or so. If disabled, enable it.

I found it and turned it on! The monitor worked in startup, but soon gets stuck on the loading screen and becomes unresponsive

Try uninstalling the graphics driver, restart and reinstall.
