Is this a good monitor BENQ LED monitor GW2470H its going dor 140€.

BENQ is a good brand. Pretty standard monitor. 1080p... 60MHz. 23.8 inches is a little weird instead of a full 24. 4 MS response time is a little high, though.

It's fine for a standard gaming monitor if you don't want something beyond 60MHz.
