Ideal monitor for new build

Need a new monitor and don´t want to spend time researching right now, already did for the build.

New build: GTX 1070, I7 6700k 16 GB RAM. (already up and going)

Purpose of monitor; Gaming (GTA V, CIV V, battlefield)/ Work (microsoft office mostly)/web browsing/some reading/Home video photo editing nothing proffesional.

Current Monitor: 2008 Samsung syncmaster 2223NW 1360 x 720 partly melted on one side but still working.

Budget: up to 400 euros

It has 144Hz refresh rate (you can play game at 144fps), it has 2560x1440 resolution (2K), and has 5 MS response time (the time it takes for the action you put in through a controller or keyboard to show up on screen, anymore than 5 MS is not ideal especially for shooters.

if you are however tight on budget this should do just fine but it has 60hz, everything else is almost the same:
