windows 10 x32 and big memory graphics cards

I had a question. i have windows 10 x32 on my backup computer and been usin it cause other is down but am wondering if i buy a graphics card that says 3gb/4b memory on the graphics card will windows not be able to use it all since i already have x32gb ram in the computer?

will it reconize and use all the ram on vid card?
