Hello,I'm building a new gaming rig,and can't decide on what kind of monitor to get.I am deciding between 3 monitors: 1- 1440p 144hz G-Sync monitor,2- 1080p 144hz G-Sync monitor or 3- 1440p 60hz no G-sync monitor.I will be mainly gaming,watching movies and browsing the internet,with ocasional rendering of youtube videos.Is the 1440p worth it on 144hz?Is the G-sync worth it even?

GPU:Asus Rog Strix O8G 1070GTX
MOBO:Asus Maximus VIII Hero
RAM:Ripjaw 16gb 3200mhz
Power Supply:Corsair RM750x
Cpu Cooler:Corsair Hydro 100i v2
SSD:Samsung 500gb
HDD:2TB WD Blue
I would be really thankful if you could help me decide between the 3 monitors,also if you have anything to add on my parts go ahead,since I'm a first time builder,would be better to know since I still haven't ordered the parts.
