Looking to upgrade GPU.

Hi all. I'm looking for a decent GPU for my build.

Build:
CPU: I7- 4790s
MOBO: Biostark H81MG Ver 6x
RAM: DDR3 8GB
CASE: Deepcool Tesseract
PSU: DE 480w Deepcool PSU
HDD: 1TB HDD (Not sure about RPM)

My budget is 200$. I am living in South Africa so prices should be about 50% higher.
I'm currently running Intel HD 4600 graphics, since my AMD 5670 is a tight squeeze. A friend said that the Intel HD 4600 would work better and that the AMD card would just eat up my RAM.
Also, would my PSU be a problem? I can't find any good gaming related reviews about the PSU.
