Which one would be the best value among these. RX480, gtx1060, gtx1070, or r9 fury? (foreign prices)

Hi, I'm thinking to get a new gpu to play games since my old gtx960 has trouble running games like witcher 3 at 1024p, and a few days ago I've just got a 1920x1080 screen.

Despite it being a recommended card for the game, when I played it the game had tons of stutter and ugly texture that look like ps2 graphics pop out during cut scene when the game was launched.

I mostly buy games that are at least on 75% sales so I'm usually a bit behind the newest games (witcher 3 is exception since it came along with the gtx960 promotion). The last game I got was Shadow of Mordor but gtx960 already has trouble maxing it.

I won't update to win10 for dx12 feature, but will use vulkan if future games supports it.

The below prices have been converted to us, tax included.

MSI GTX 1070 gaming X - $490.6

Asus STRIX-R9FURY-DC3-4G-GAMING - $371.9

Asus ROG STRIX gtx1060 gaming $337.2
Giga N1060G1 gaming $334
MSI gtx1060 gaming $327.8
MSI GTX1060 oc $296.5

Asus RX480 8g gaming $ 302.8 (no 4g are sold in my country)

Which one would be the best for the price if I want to upgrade?

My pc spec is

i5 4460
12g ddr3 ram 1600
1SSD 1HD
cx430w (which means I might need to get a new power as well if not choosing 1060)

Or should I hold my 960 till the next gen gpu comes out? Thanks in advance.

The RX 480 is of course the best price to performance card out right now. But you'll need to get 2 of them in order to really beat out any single card from Nvidia right now. I would go with the 1070 if you just want 1 card and 2 RX480's if you don't mind crossfire because it would beat out any single Nvidia card.
