msi 1060 or msi 970? and i can i use them without bottleneck

My pc has an i7-4770k processor, 12 gb of ram and EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS 650W 80Plus Gold Certified Fully Modular Power Supply if i buy them will i be able to run them without bottlenecks
