Windows 10 won't turn on after restart/sleep

Hey I noticed after my Windows 10 computer goes to sleep it doesn't turn back on and then I have to reset it. It also won't load after I restart...I just have a blue background with the revolving dots. Any way I can avoid having to reset it multiple times?

Do you just tap any key to expect it to wake up? Try lightly touching the power button and then hit any key.
