I have now 16 GB of Ram and Win 10. I want it to run fast so I don’t want any hard drive virtual memory, I think I have enough Ram.
It says the minimum (if enabled) are 16mb, don’t know why. So I have 3 options:

    None.
    16mb at a secondary HDD.
    16mb at the SO SSD.

Why 16mb? well the only reason I think of that is to let the SO make a minidump (which I set up at 256kb), or any other similar reports that I might not be aware.

Why the HDD or SSD, I don’t know how this will behave with 16mb, if it will be writing and erasing none important files like crazy (Which I don’t think) I prefer the HDD, but if the files that it might store will be read a lot I prefer the SSD.

Solution
Set your virtual memory at 1024mb min/max. Leave it on the SSD.
With 16GB actual RAM, you will likely never delve into that virtual memory.

I've had mine set that way for 4 years, with zero issues.
