Hello, my mouse and keyboard are unresponsive but they light up so they are getting power. How do I fix this?

So I backed up my PC (iBuyPower) and after it was done re installing everything, the mouse and keyboard were unresponsive but they do light up. Please help me fix this issue if anybody can.

Mouse and Keyboard: make & model? Operating System?

The drivers may not have reinstalled correctly.

Manually reinstall the drivers as if the keyboard and mouse are new. Download the drivers from the manufacturer's website(s).

Watch for any error messages during the reinstall.
