Weird Windows Problem

OK Please read carefully
I have Unplugged ALl my drives (done this on 2 seperate drives both SSD)
Installed Windows 7 2 times installed LAN drivers, gone to google and 2 site wont work pbtech.co.nz and mega.nz, they show to title but eventually jut give me the Kill or Wait message
Also my google account WONT sync, now I have another computer on wifi and its perfectly fne, my Phone and tablet dont have this issue

also when i type whats my ip into google i get this

I have installed windows 7 2 times
I have installed windows 10 3 times
used only 1 drive at a time when i tied these sites (on chrome)

That is an IPV6 address, vice the typical IPV4 most are used to seeing. Is your ISP requiring the use of IPV6? Are you having issues resolving any other sites, or just those two?

it seems to be other sites as well, like google wont sync my account, and it also wont work on mozilla or Microsoft edge
