I am looking at PC's on best buy (I would like to build my own but I can not afford it right now so I have to do payments). The PC will be for recording my xbox one using elgato hd60 then editing the videos, as well as some casual gaming on the PC itself.

For my budget I have narrowed down a few graphic cards

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

Is 960 worth the extra money, or is it almost the same? If absolutely needed I could raise my budget but I wanna try to stay below $1,000.
Its CyberPowerPC brand by the way.

Any other suggestions, from best buy, or advice is greatly appreciated.

I just realized I put this in the wrong forum category, I'm sorry, am I able to move it?

It should be mile apart from the XBOX so there is no need for just casual gaming.
