Help Overclocking i5 4670k

Hi, I have the H97M-ITX/AC motherboard and I would like to overclock my i5 4670k cpu but the I'm not even sure where to start. The option in the bios don't make any sense to me and some are saying that my bios doesn't even support overclocking in the first place! I feel like I wasted my money on a k cpu if I can't overclock. Please help!!

Hey guys, just a quick update, I found this (http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=535&title=writing-to-you-from-a-h97mitx-ac-g3258-on-win10) on a forum online which seems to suggest that overclocking is possible on my mobo (via some software called a-tuning). Can anyone explain further?
