Monitor No Signal? Weird Problem...(New Build)

Hey guys I just finished building my new computer and when I turned it on, the fans spun and everything seems to be going smoothly. But the monitor is blank and say no signal. I used a HDMI cable to connect my monitor to my gpu. The WEIRD thing is that when I boot it up a second time, the monitor decides to work. So the problem is that when I first boot the computer up, there is no signal. And when I boot it up a second time, there is signal on the monitor. This is very weird and I have tested it many times. Please HELP!
P.S. I am using Windows 10

Try leaving single RAm module installed. Test each slot. If still the same, test without graphics card. See if same issue.

I have tired all of the options you mentions, still nothing

Is the Drivers Fully up-to-date and have you tested this monitor with other Computers using the same Cable?

Try updating the board's BIOS, if newer version available.
