My new monitor makes my other monitors look slightly blurry?

Hey everyone. So I recently got a new monitor (ROG PG279Q) which runs at 2560x1440 and at 144hz. I kept my other monitors connected, which are both Samsung S27C750P's that run at 1920x1080 at 60hz. The ROG monitor looks HD and crisp and the Samsungs now appear to be blurry. I have no idea what the issue is. Could it be related that my ROG monitor is scaled to 125% via Windows settings? I did that because 1440p makes most programs appear small. My ROG monitors is connected via DisplayPort to achieve 144hz. The Samsungs are connected via HDMI to DVI and HDMI to DVI-D (The Samsung monitors only have HDMI so I had to do it that way). My graphics card is an Asus DirectCU II 780ti.

Sorry if this is poorly explained or confusing. If you need any more details please don't hesitate to post. I will do anything to figure out how to fix this!

Thanks!

Try changing your DPI to 100% for all your display, Make sure you select each change it for each monitor. Then reset, When its comes back up double check your resolutions, and DPI to make sure they stuck, Also check your refresh rates, Make sure their not something funky like 23hz or some craziness. They should be either 59hz, or 60hz.

Yep all are running at native resolution. I think it really has to do with the scaling but I'm not completely sure. This is so stressful!
