Best 144hz Monitor For My 1070

I'm going to be upgrading to a 1070 soon and have decided to get a new 144hz monitor instead of a 1440p monitor (unless someone has a good argument otherwise). So I'm wondering what monitor would be the best for the price. Not looking to get anything to expensive.

Why not Acer XB271HU or ASUS PG279Q?
or...if you can live without GSync ASUS MG279Q?

They are 1440p 144Hz IPS monitors.
No need to pick between 1440p and 144Hz, when you can have both.
