Upgrading a PC, need help

I plan on upgrading my rather low-end Windows XP to a mid-range build.

I'm going from:
Pentium 4 Dual-Core 3.20 GHZ
1 GB RAM
integrated graphics

to:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40 Ghz
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 ASUS

I need to know how well the upgraded one will run games. I don't play heavy AAAs, Just smaller games, such as:
Source engine games (Team Fortress 2, Portal, Half-Life 2)
Minecraft
Elder Scrolls (Morrowind and Oblivion)
Civilization V

Among other games. How well will it run?

P.S. Don't ask about replacing the OS-XP is my favorite OS ever, and can run some MS-DOS games without an emulator.

You may have to replace the OS - I doubt you'll find an XP driver for the 660.

I never even thought about that.

Just looked it up and by some miracle, they do. Just made a new driver like 11 days ago.

So how well do you think the games will work? I'm assuming at least 30 FPS on all of those, even on med-high settings.
