Hello
I wanted to build a great gaming pc but it end up a disaster. after spending couple weeks my desktop is a total disappointing.
i invested in best parts available on my research
motherboard: msi godlike carbon
graphic: msi geforce gtx 1080 fe
32 gb ram corsair dominator
intel i7 5930k
So i mostly do programming and i need a powerful pc with great display because i spend a lot of time in front of monitor. i first bought a hp 25es monitor but the display was poor quality, my eyes got tired fast. i returned it and bought a 4k samsung 28 inch. installed latest drivers for nvidia but still the image is not so good quality like on my macbook pro.
i don't know what to do at this point because i tried everything, different hdmi cable, vga, different monitors 4k, 1080p, different resolutions native but still the graphic is dissapointing.
some people say radeon amd is better but i'm tired of testing.
Did anyone had this bad experience ? i'm thinking to return everything but i hope there is something to make it work
any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated

Lol did you make you put in the right port? Like directly on the GPU? These things can happen :p!
Also, where is your GPU placed like near the CPU, first PCI-E port?

yes, it is on second pci-e port because it doesn't fit in first slot. it seems everything is chaotic on screen, the window title is very large while text is small, buttons are larger while fonts are smaller.
