Help choosing a new monitor, please!

Hey, I am really struggling to pick a new monitor. Could you please help?

GPU: amd r9 380 nitro

The current monitor I have been using for years is TV. LG M2762D.

Games I tend to play are WoW (other mmos), Overwatch, CS:GO, DOTA2.

My price point is around 200 pound and the 2 options I have been looking at are;

From my understanding the Benq has a lower input lag, but I am pretty sure both are lower over my TV. So I should see an improvement from either (or any other decent monitor).

I'd really appreciate some help and opinions.

I like BenQ quality over AOC.

You can get a monitor, for far less than that, unless you really want freesync.
