Crossed wires on the forums or I'm losing my mind

On July 22nd I needed some input on laptop screws. So I made a post on the laptop tech support forum (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum-111.html) Or so I thought - after all, it's pretty hard to miss the red headers and highlighting.

This is the post: http://www.tomsguide.com/answers/id-3130357/laptop-screw-sizes-pm2.html

Today I found a message in my tom's forum inbox telling me that there has been no response.

When I clicked on it, quelle surprise I am taken to the Tom's Guide forums - all in blue, and not looking much like the Tom's Hardware forums.

I do recall at the time of making my post, that there was another post, that I reported, since it was a placeholder for a Tom's Guide article discussion.

Now either a kind-hearted, but mistaken moderator moved my post instead of the post I reported, or the forum software is kind of FUBAR and is cross-posting articles - which would explain the high incidence of traffic in the Tom's Guide forum of unanswered laptop threads and the relative quietness of the Tom's forum section by the same name.

But the software being messed up? I don't think so. Highly unlikely. There's a crack team of experts keeping it all together with spit and baling wire.

Much more likely that I suffered temporary color reversal syndrome and posted in forums that I didn't know existed, with a different color scheme, More unlikely things have happened before and is supported by application of Occam's razor.
