building a pc

Hello, my current pc is breaking down, so i'm thinking of building a new one, having a little experiance i found some parts, but i'm not sure if they go togeather well or if they're even good, the budget is about 800 +/- euro . I'm a graphic designer and gamer as hobby, so i'm looking for something powerful enough to play arma , rust, dayz etc on rather high settings and have fast render speeds. Current list
Intel core i5 6600
GTX 970 ( saw multiple brands with gtx970, clueless which one is good or bad, the one i found was 319 euros)
Two crosair vengance 8gb ramsticks
Asus z170A motherboard
and two casefans.
I have not looked up SSD and HD yet, but the items i've listed are about 740 euros in my country.
I'm open to suggestions or other builds in the previously stated range. Cheers
